Khalil presented the CEO Succession Plan that will need to be voted upon at the next board meeting.

No major comments, consistent with presented agenda. We will move the November meetings one week later next month.

Results from the SQR Update
Kairos' team is working to aggregate documents that are still needed to be submitted. We have 45 days.
