Aftercare Pricing and Staffing
Chuck Meadows provided an overview of ANCS aftercare including the 2022 pricing structure and staffing issues. Attendance in aftercare has remained steady from previous pre-covid years despite a price increase. The committee discussed the potential for other pricing models or subsidy depending on further discussions beyond this committee.

Health Insurance Renewal Update
Health Insurance renewal will occur at the end of November and into December.

Buildings & Grounds
Middle Campus HVAC has been repaired.
Large investments in the grounds occurred over the summer with invoices reflected in the August financials. Any future large scale projects will be budget dependent moving forward.
E.
Director of Finance & Ops Hiring Update
ANCS has received one application for the open Director of Finance & Operations position. The opening has been posted but not heavily marketed as other positions were being filled.
Chuck Meadows will engage the committee as necessary to serve on an interview team.
Jerry Hanes provided an update on financial performance through August 31, 2022.
A significant CARES Act reimbursement grant was received in August, and there are two outstanding CARES reimbursement requests to cover teacher cell phone use and janitorial costs.
The committee received a reminder of the tenure bonus schedule, as the bonuses will be dispersed in September.
The annual audit will be completed over the coming month and a representative of the auditor will attend the October committee meeting and full board meeting.
