Call the Meeting to Order
Jonna Martin called a meeting of the Finance & Operations Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Monday Feb 9, 2026 at 12:01 PM.

Approve Previous Month's Committee Meeting Minutes
Drew Waddell made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance and Operations Committee Meeting on 12-15-25.
Evan Saadat seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Chiquetta West discussed deliquencies and shared further insights on the after care program.

Facilities and Grounds
Chiquetta West made a motion to move forward with the buy out of the trailers.
Evan Saadat seconded the motion.
Discuss the option to buy out two trailers at the EC for ~$103k and plan to have a maintenance/life cycle plan for governing board meeting on Thursday.
