Meetings take place in person and are held at: CARD Community Center 545 Vallombrosa Ave. Meeting Room 3 Chico, CA 95926. Board meeting agendas are published 72 hours prior to a regularly scheduled board meeting and 24 hours before a special board meeting.

To view the Board Approved policies, click "Documents", "Board Policies".  Board Policies are organized by categories numbered from 0000 to 6000.  Click the folder to open the category you are looking to view. 

Board meeting minutes from prior meeting will be placed on the agenda for board approval at the next Board Meeting. Once approved, they will be placed in the public portal for public viewing.
