Financing discussion
- Board wants to review the strategic budget-related goals for 2024-2025 to ensure that student experience is a focus (In addition to maintaining high-performing staff).
- Interest in the student club experience - tying teacher performance expectations to being club leaders; leveraging stipend funding to support
- Interest in re-evaluating marketing vendors to ensure that school developments are being properly communicated to the public.
