Call the Meeting to Order

D. Gregory called a meeting of the Executive Committee Committee of The Anchor School to order on Thursday Mar 7, 2024 at 7:06 PM.

Financial Governance

Candy Yu, of Avalon Accounting, LLC, reviewed a proposal for budget update and financial management optimization. The following topics were discussed:

  • Role and responsibilities of Avalon as a Fractional CFO
  • Collaboration with the TAS financial department
  • Optimizing operating costs versus FTE revenue
  • Effective best practice financial infrastructure and business model
  • Positioning TAS for future growth
  • Audit, assessment and clean-up services
