- These reports are ready to be submitted to GA Dept of Education next week

September Financial Updates & Dashboards
- 27 DCOH
- 1.35 current ratio
- 13.5% of expenses fund balance
- 88.8% debt to asset ratio
- YTD Efficiency margin is -10.82% which is pushing our score down to approaching standards
- Unknown how we will increase that margin, could come from fundraising, grants, and/or once reports are finalized
III. Other Business
A.
New Banking Account Available
- Dr. PT will follow with up South State Bank to understand our checking account fees and determine if we should switch to a different type of account
B.
Enrollment Report
- 293 students enrolled
- Expecting to fall within the 290-280 range
- Roughly 10-20% off with our enrollment estimation submitted to SCSC
C.
Facility Renovation Budget
- Dr. PT recommending stopping expanding SQFT renovations to become more efficient with the current space
- Leverage partnership with Lowe's to cover some of the renovation
D.
Georgia PEACH Tax Credit Program & Fundraising Opportunity
- Dr. PT created presentation educate on the tax credit opportunity
- We have been accepted into this program
