Students will login to Google Classroom and Take their attendance.

 

ASB's Secretary will submit a list of all in attendance to the attendance office.

    Approve minutes for Student Council Meeting on February 1, 2023
  E. Review of Old Business
   

Old Business to review is to ensure each student received their updated parliamentary procedures. Ask students if they all received their student council packets in their emails and if they were able to review the PowerPoint and calendar.

  F. Unfinished Business
   

We have received updated information from Ms. Contreras as to the following items:

  • Estimated start date 5/2-5/9 for scratch kitchen service. This is very late in the school year, but it takes a long time and a lot of work to get it all up and going. We hope to at least offer a preview of what's to come next year.
  • We have been approved for the Kitchen Infrastructure Grant and we are looking to receive those funds in early spring.
  • We have our chef job description ready to post in hopes we can start interviewing candidates in the next couple of weeks.
  • We have shared the School Food Survey with Ms. Ashlin, she will be doing some minor changes so that we can roll that out in the next couple of days.

  I. Open Floor
   

This is an opportunity for all of our Student Council Representatives to speak and ask questions. 

 

  J. Announcements
   
  • Matilda Jr.'s final show is being rescheduled to March 10th at 6:30pm.
  • Junior High Dance has been canceled due to low ticket sales and eligibility. (All tickets will be refunded).
  • There will be a rally this Friday 03/10 and next Friday the 17th.
  • Cinderella's Closet Dress Drive Week, from March 6th to March 10th.
  • Senior Panoramic Picture on March 6th (10am-10:30am).
  • Prom tickets are $135 and the last day to purchase them is on March 17th.
  • There will be a fire drill happening on March 8th.
  • Encore Kids Camp presents "Pixar Playhouse" on Saturday March 11th. There will be two showings, at 9:30am and 1:30pm. Tickets are $3 and each family gets one free ticket.
  • Spring Break is from March 18-26th.
  • Staff in Service on March 31st.
