M. Gil called a meeting of the Outreach and Enrollment Committee of Contra Costa School of Performing Arts to order on Thursday May 6, 2021 at 12:03 PM.

C. Bendoyro made a motion to approve the minutes from Outreach and Enrollment Committee Meeting on 03-25-21.

Enrollment Status Update
The committee discussed the data associated with the second 2021-2022 Open Enrollment period, trends observed, projections, and next steps. Future Exit Surveys will capture insights into the reasons for students exiting SPA. Strong parent and community outreach, newsletters, SPA Ensemble, activities on campus and virtually, continues now and through Summer 2021.
