Call the Meeting to Order
J. Santos called a meeting of the board of trustees of Rochester Academy Charter School to order on Monday Nov 8, 2021 at 6:19 PM.
II. Finance and Facilities
A.
General Contractor Selection for Gym Construction
J. Santos made a motion to enter into a contract with Javen Construction for building the high school gym and science labs with a lump sum amount of $5,031,500.00.
K. Crawford seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 7:56 PM.
