Call the Meeting to Order
S. Al called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Rochester Academy Charter School to order on Monday Mar 23, 2026 at 1:16 PM.

Approve Minutes
M. Demirtas made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 02-24-26.
J. Doyle seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Review Progress on WIG

Benchmark comparison
Jen presented the Benchmark Assessment comparison data, and Robyn and Sam shared updates on their respective buildings.
C.
Draft PD plan
Jen presented the draft professional development plan for the upcoming year. Teacher feedback is being incorporated to finalize the plan.
