Call the Meeting to Order
J. Santos called a meeting of the Development Committee of Rochester Academy Charter School to order on Monday Nov 17, 2025 at 2:06 PM.

Approve Minutes
M. Demirtas made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 04-17-25.
D. Ozcan seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Review and revise the topics calendar

Review the Implementation of the Fundraising Plan
The increase in student enrollment for the upcoming school years will enable the school to sustain the teacher salary increases. M. Demirtas will reach out to the school admin team to determine a new goal for fundraising.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 2:33 PM.
