How to Request Supporting Documents and Recordings from Board Meetings 

 

This notice is posted to inform the public on the official procedure for requesting access to supporting documents and recordings from Amplus board meetings. 

To ensure all requests are handled consistently and efficiently, all inquiries must be directed to the Board Secretary. When submitting your request, please include the following information:

• Your full name and contact information (email address and/or phone number). 

• The specific date of the board meeting you are inquiring about. 

• A clear description of the documents or recordings you are requesting.
