Call the Meeting to Order
B. Reyes-Lua called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Vida Charter School to order on Monday Nov 20, 2023 at 3:38 PM.

Approve October Committee Minutes
B. Reyes-Lua made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 10-12-23.
V. Fonseca seconded the motion.
Delete Kristen Byron from attending October Mtg.

Multi-Tiered System of Support
Team of educators that support students in meeting academic goals through collaborative work with teachers.

Comprehensive Needs Assessment Plan
V. Fonseca made a motion to move Comprehensive Needs Assessment Plan for General Board Meeting.
J. Lewis seconded the motion.
Small revisions will be made prior to board meeting.
D.
Staff Satisfaction Survey
Survey will be launched November 29 with due date of December 8.
