Call the Meeting to Order
L. Rice called a meeting of the board of trustees of Vida Charter School to order on Thursday Jun 1, 2023 at 4:08 PM.

2023-2024 Salaries for Non-CBA Vida Staff
The Board discussed salaries for the six non-CBA employees at Vida and decided to prolong the decision for two of those employees until the next regularly-scheduled board meeting.
The Board also discussed the "longevity payment" as it applies to non-CBA staff-members.
L. Rice made a motion to approve salary increases for school-year 2023-2024 for four current employees, as follows: Jeremy Alverez, 25%; Kristen Byron, 9%; Gerardo Nieto-Gonzalez, 9%; and Melissa Turner, 9% less $1,500. Further, that the same four employees will receive the "Longevity Payment" subject to the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement approved at the last Board Meeting.
M. Rosenberger seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

M. Rosenberger made a motion to Approve MOU for J. Swope.
P. Miller seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
