B. Reyes-Lua called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Vida Charter School to order on Tuesday Oct 19, 2021 at 7:20 AM.

Approve Minutes
M. Manzo Vessi made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 09-21-21.
J. Lewis seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Training for new Board Meetings
Forward new training to new board members.
- Feedback of August Board Retreat-creating a survey to support the planning of the retreat.
- Elana will share a template for survey.
