B. Reyes-Lua called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Vida Charter School to order on Thursday Jul 8, 2021 at 4:07 PM.

C. Approve June Minutes

B. Reyes-Lua made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 06-10-21.

C. Miller seconded the motion.

The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Academic Excellence

A. End of Year Staff Satisfaction Survey

Reviewed staff satisfaction survey. Notated areas of growth and celebrated successes.
Continue with administering two surveys for 2021-2022. Administration to then followup on areas of growth with individual staff.

B. Review Administrative Team Benefits Plan

Reviewed plan and provided feedback. Reviewed tuition reimbursement.

III. Closing Items

A. Adjourn Meeting

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:25 PM.
