Call the Meeting to Order
B. Reyes-Lua called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Vida Charter School to order on Thursday Nov 12, 2020 at 4:37 PM.

Approve Minutes
S. Fehringer made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 10-08-20.
S. Powell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Academic Excellence
A.
Review Annual Board Commitment Calendar
Reviewed and updated Academic Excellence commitments to include reviewing Future Ready PA Index in November and revisiting Vida Charter School's Comprehensive Plan in August.
B.
Finalize Staff Survey
Staff survey was updated and will be sent to staff November 13th with a goal of completion by November 24th.
C.
Update Continuity of Ed Plan
Plan was updated to reflect return of distance learners to in-person.
III. Closing Items
