Call the Meeting to Order
A. Andyshak Hayes called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Vida Charter School to order on Tuesday Feb 18, 2020 at 7:19 AM.

Approve Minutes
A. Andyshak Hayes made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Meeting on 01-21-20.
M. Rosenberger seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Governance
A.
Quarterly governance report for GASD
A. Andyshak Hayes made a motion to approve the governance report.
M. Rosenberger seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
B.
Audit board member paperwork/clearances/SOFIs
Christie will hand out SOFIs at the next board meeting. Kathy will mail to other board members who served during 2019 but are no longer on the board.
C.
Discuss potential board members for 2020-2021
Ashley will reach out to members whose terms are expiring to assess interest for next year. Committee members will continue to reach out to potential new members.
