D. Glass called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Vida Charter School to order on Monday Sep 16, 2019 at 3:39 PM.

Approve Minutes
M. Rosenberger made a motion to approve minutes from the Finance Meeting on 08-19-19 Finance Meeting on 08-19-19.
D. Glass seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Finance
A.
Review August Financials
M. Rosenberger made a motion to recommend the August financials to the full board.
L. Rice seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
Update on Legislative Item
Kevin Corcoran updated the committee on several recent changes in state legislation and executive actions that will have effects on charter schools.
III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting
L. Rice made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
M. Rosenberger seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:39 PM.
