J. Brandauer called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Vida Charter School to order on Wednesday Mar 23, 2016 at 4:42 PM.

Approve Minutes
D. Marritz made a motion to approve minutes from the Governance Committee Meeting on 03-17-16 Governance Committee Meeting on 03-17-16.
A. Kittelberger seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

II. Governance
A.
Candidate interview
N. McGowan arrived.
The committee interviewed a candidate for potential board and committee service. The candidate's qualifications were discussed.

Candidate interview
A candidate for committee and/or board service was interviewed (skype interview). The candidate's qualifications were discussed.
C.
Recruitment plan
Committee members discussed updates on potential board members.
D.
Vote on recommendation for board service.
D. Marritz made a motion to recommend a candidate for board service (appointed position replacing K Cunniffe Peña).
A. Kittelberger seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
