Social-emotional security By May 2024, the median score for students’ self-reported sense of social-emotional security on the National School Climate Center (NSCC) will increase by 15% from 3.0 to 3.45.
Differentiation By May 2024, grade-level educators will utilize formative assessments aligned with Eureka Math^2, the Biliteracy Map, and benchmark assessments (CDT, Acadience, DRA) to determine groupings and to proactively address students’ access to learning through differentiated instruction at stations (or equivalent) at least three times per six day cycle.
Instructional By May 2024, students will be observed producing (spoken and/or written without the aid of Google Translate or ChatGPT) in the language of instruction in all classrooms for 20 out of every observed 30 minute lesson through structured language opportunities, including but not limited to Total Physical Response (TPR), the Bridge and bridging, stations, socratic seminar, dyads, think-pair-share, equity sticks, See-Wonder-Conclude, Gallery Walk, jigsaw, sentence frames, etc. |
