  B. Board Assessment
   
  • Go through assessment results and discuss which areas do we want to work on (attached is the PDF, but we recommend you look at it from the BoardOnTrack site (Assessment > FY20-21 Board Assessment and select on top "answer key" and "individuals")
  • Debrief meeting with BoardOnTrack
    • One suggestion was to ask each committee to pick 1-3 key goals or areas to improve from the assessment. We need to determine what are our priorities
    • Depending on what we want to work on:
      • Under Resources, we can look for on demand and live trainings (can search any topic)
  • Are other committees discussing evaluation results in their committees? (Ashley)
    • Remind them that they can reach out to BoardOnTrack if they need additional support
  C. Board Membership Recruitment
   
  • What are our needs? our priorities?
  • Do we want to actively recruit additional board members for next year or focus on recruiting for committees with the hope that some of those members will want to join the board in future years?

  • List of potential community members who are interested/not interested in joining the board (Google Sheet- Will go through it in meeting)
