Academic Excellence

Propose suggestion that Ms. Davis invite one (different) academic staff member
per month to attend AE committee meeting to either report on their particular
subject area or to give feedback or input regarding  academic progress.

Ms. Davis will report on observation of strategies which were presented last month 
as to how they are being implemented.
Will reiterate her 3 goals for the Academic year: 1) To advance Math increase by 20%
 2) To expand the Spanish experience by 20%  3) To continue to grow in English Language Arts
by 10%.  How is staff responding to the goals set?

Continue discussion of  Satisfaction Surveys  (both Staff and Stakeholders) and how
to improve the implementation and use the collected data.
