  C. Discuss special education / gifted goal to follow on previous work of committee.
  D. Discuss teacher recruitment and retention goal
   

- as relates to student achievement;
- as relates to teacher professional development;
- as relates to support of dual language instructional environment (language and culture).

  E. Discuss student language-learning goal
   

- as relates to support programs offered or needed (SLL, ELL);
- as it relates to curricular resources;
- as it relates to growth in student achievement.

  F. Draft additional committee goals for recommendation to board.
