Richard McNeel provided the financial report that included all key indicators and projections for each school. Matt Brown clarified the purpose of the Interim Report.

Matt Brown reviewed the auditors' report with the board and indicated that some details might change as the report goes through the review process with the auditors.

Update on Staffing Needs, Credentialing Compliance, Clearance and Training Requirements
Dr. Pimienta gave an update on staffing needs, credentialing compliance, clearance and training requirements for each school. She noted that her department was working with new teachers to secure full credentials. She stated that the signing bonus was instrumental in attracting talent and that there was currently only one vacancy at the middle school.

Update on TEACH Las Vegas
Matt Brown gave an update on TEACH Las Vegas and highlighted the search for a new Executive Director and the stability at the school. Board member Lobdell asked about positive or negative press regarding the school and Matt replied that the former ED provided her side in an interview but it did not negatively impact the school. He also indicated that the board was in the process of expanding since there is currently only one board member.

CEO Report
Dr. Carranza gave the CEO report and provided a written report highlighting the work of the Directors since the last meeting. Dr. Carranza thanked the board and highlighted that detailed reports from the Principals would be featured at upcoming meetings. He noted the upcoming professional development days at the school and invited the board to stop by when teachers were being celebrated and recognized for all of their hard work.
