Employee Retention Tax Credit Vendor Service Agreement
Matt Brown explained the tax credit service agreement and how he reached out to five other vendors. The recommended attorney had the lowest price and has the most experience working with charter school on this issue. The board asked questions about the rate and the rates on other bids. Matt went into further detail.
