J. Lobdell made a motion to approve the minutes from previous agenda, 1 year FSMC Renewal Extension and approve current agenda TEACH Public Schools Regular Board Meeting - June 23, 2021 on 06-23-21.

J. Lobdell made a motion to Approve Teach Public Schools Fiscal Policies and Annual Review.
K. McGregor seconded the motion.
Matt Brown made the presentation on the fiscal policies.

Matt made the presentation on the fiscal policies which were unchanged from last year.

Fiscal Report
Matt Brown and Theresa Thompson informed the board that the fiscal reports were not ready because they usually take the entire month of July to close out the financials for the previous fiscal year.
