Mr. Ramirez called the meeting to order at 4:03pm.

Approve Minutes

Due to lack of quorum, minutes from December 2025 were shared by Mr. Ramirez.

II. Test Preparation Presentation

Test Preparation Presentation

Ms. Flores led a presentation entitled ELPAC Testing Preparation that both explained the ELPAC test and provided general advice prior to testing for any examination. Ms. Flores explained specific information regarding ELPAC which included reading, listening, writing and speaking domains. Ms. Flores provided general advice that was specific to each domain that provided a further breakdown of specific thinking throughout the test taking process. Importantly, Ms. Flores further shared testing advice for any upcoming tests in further preparing both students and parents.

III. Panorama Survey

A.

Surveying

Ms. Flores and Mr. Ramirez decided to delay the specific conversation on the Panorama Survey for the following School Site Council Meeting. The Panorama Survey will begin in several weeks on all our TEACH campuses.
