Mr. Ramirez called the meeting to order at 5:06pm.

Due to lack of quorum, minutes from December 2025 where shared by Mr. Ramirez.

Test Preparation Presentation / Presentación de Preparación para Examenes

Ms. Flores led a presentation entitled ELPAC Testing Preparation that both explained the ELPAC test and provided general advice prior to testing. Ms. Flores explained ELPAC which included a reading, listening, writing and speaking domain. Ms. Flores provided general advice that was specific to each domain that provided a further breakdown of specific thinking throughout the test taking process.

Panorama Survey / Encuesta Panorama

Due to the very limited time that remained, we collectively decided to table a further conversation specific to the Panorama Survey which will begin in several weeks on all our TEACH campuses.

Mr. Ramirez shared general announcements pertaining to testing dates and general information regarding local resource events.
