Test Preparation Presentation / Presentación de Preparación para Examenes
Ms. Flores led a presentation entitled ELPAC Testing Preparation that both explained the ELPAC test and provided general advice prior to testing. Ms. Flores explained ELPAC which included a reading, listening, writing and speaking domain. Ms. Flores provided general advice that was specific to each domain that provided a further breakdown of specific thinking throughout the test taking process.

Attendance / Asistencia Escolar
Mr. Ramirez discussed the importance of regular school attendance and how consistent attendance supports student academic progress and language development for English Learners. School staff shared general information about attendance expectations and explained that daily participation in classroom instruction helps students remain engaged in their learning and build both academic and language skills. Parents were reminded that attending school consistently allows students to benefit from instructional time, classroom discussions, and academic support provided throughout the school day. The school will continue to promote attendance awareness and communicate the importance of regular attendance to families. / El Sr. Ramírez habló sobre la importancia de la asistencia regular a la escuela y cómo la asistencia constante contribuye al progreso académico y al desarrollo lingüístico de los estudiantes de inglés. El personal escolar compartió información general sobre las expectativas de asistencia y explicó que la participación diaria en las clases ayuda a los estudiantes a mantenerse comprometidos con su aprendizaje y a desarrollar habilidades académicas y lingüísticas. Se recordó a los padres que la asistencia regular a la escuela permite a los estudiantes beneficiarse del tiempo de instrucción, las charlas en clase y el apoyo académico brindado durante la jornada escolar. La escuela continuará promoviendo la concienciación sobre la asistencia y comunicando la importancia de la asistencia regular a las familias.
