L. Hosfelt called a meeting of the board of directors of Stargate School to order on Wednesday Apr 24, 2024 at 6:02 PM.

Election Timing Adjustment
L. Hosfelt made a motion to adjust the 2024 election from May 2nd to May 6th, ending on May 20th.
S. Howorko seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
Discussed the need to modify the date due to minor changes (clarifying language ..) made on April 15th and April 16th that did not allow the community the 20 days to review, as stated in the bylaws.
The change in the proposed timeline would still comply with the calendar set out in the annual calendar, established at the beginning of the year.
