Call the Meeting to Order
A. McGaha called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Redesign Schools Louisiana to order on Tuesday May 19, 2020 at 4:04 PM.
II. Finance
A.
Review of 2019-2020 Financial Statements and Projection for Year 2019-2020
At this time Ivionne Divinity with CSMCI briefed the Board on the financial statements. It appeared that the formula on the report wasn't calculating properly, it has since been corrected. At this time, Ivi proceeded to review the financials with the Board.
B.
RSL's Budget amendment for 2019-2020
At this time Ivionne Divinity with CSMCI briefed the Board on the budget amendment for 2019-2020. This is due to a 5% change at Dalton.

Review/update of large vendor contracts (100,000 or above).
At this time, Angela Beck briefed the Board on Contracts that are 100,000 and over.

Review/Discuss Salary Scales of Curriculum Specialists and Principals
At this time, Angela Beck discussed the salary scales for Curriculum Specialist and Principals
E.
Initial discussion of Redesign Schools Louisiana's Proposed Annual Budget for 2020-2021
At this time, Ivionne Divinity reviewed the proposed budget for 2020-2021 with the Board. Due to limited cashflow payroll is priority.
