Review of Finance Committee responsibilities as described in the By-Laws
At this time AMcGaha discussed the bylaws with the board

Presentation of Redesign Schools Louisiana's March 31st 2020 Financial Statements
At this time, Ivionne Divinity with CSMC reviewed the most recent financials ending March 31st, 2020 with the Board - these were provided in writing via electronic Board Packet
1. Closely looking at all contracts due to the end of year financials and online learning/pandemic
2. Itemize top 5 expenses in the organization and submit to Board (ABeck)

CSMC presentation of quarterly financial statements
Ivy DIvinity with CSMCI continued with the financials and gave the Board and overview of expenses and cashflow

Review of RSL's board approved incentives
At this time, Angela Beck reviewed the staff's performance incentive breakdown with the Board.
1. Performance Incentives were split up for staff (on 2 checks)

At this time, Paul Andoh with Bruno and Tervalon reviewed the financial audit for 2019
