  • Consideration and approval of Board Resolution to approve participation in and issuance of tax-exempt and taxable Bonds through the California School Finance Authority to (i) to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, construction, expansion, remodeling, renovation, improvement, furnishing and/or equipping of: (I) the charter school educational facilities known as Academia Moderna located at 2410 Broadway, Walnut Park, California 90255; and (II) the charter school educational facilities known as Prepa Tec Los Angeles located at 8001 Santa Fe Avenue, Walnut Park, California 90255; (ii) to refund the California School Finance Authority School Facility Revenue Bonds (Alta Public Schools Project) Series 2014A; (iii) to fund capitalized interest on a portion of the Bonds ; (iv) to fund a portion of the Reserve Account and Repair and Replacement Fund with respect to the Bonds; and (v) to pay certain expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the Bond
