Call the Meeting to Order

Rodolphe Herve called a meeting of the Finance Committee of MCCPS Board of Trustees to order on Friday Jun 23, 2023 at 11:02 AM.

Approve Minutes

Julie Santosus made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Monthly Meeting on 05-26-23.
Jeff Barry seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

II. Financial Statements Discussion

A.

Committee review of Previous Month's Financial Statements

The discussion followed the notes and documents provided.

B.

Discussion on 2023/2024 Budget

Given the current uncertainty over the enrollment level for the next school year, the Finance Committee asked for multiple scenarios to be submitted (low case, base case, high case) and reviewed at the next meeting.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 11:53 AM.
