Notes from January Minutes:

- a pattern was identified; push for new members in Fall and then new academic year and holiday craziness overlaps with onboarding period, creating an obstacle

- suggested a system of mentorship.- something we can do internally is offer one on one welcome meetings or calls.

- suggested SWOT analysis of current onboarding protocols

-main agenda item will be to develop concrete strategy for developing concrete plan
