"The board demonstrates limited oversight of the school’s academic performance. Board  members reported that the academic excellence committee examines academic data and then  provides updates to the full board about the school’s academic performance. Meeting minutes  included evidence that the academic excellence committee and the full board show reviewed  and discussed MCAS data for 2023 but do not include evidence that the academic excellence  committee or the full board reviewed or discussed additional academic performance data  during the period August 2023 through July 2024."
