25-26 Goals
Motion to Elect mark Little as Treasurer.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
K-8 Academic Goals:
- >61% of students at/above benchmark on DIBELS and <24% of students well below benchmark
- 50% of students at or above proficiency in ELA and 49% at or above proficiency in math
9-12 Academic Goals
- 90% of each cohort on track to graduate
- 40% of class of 2026 at or above college ready benchmark on SAT in both Math and ELA

- SPED: We are fully staffed and Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions are happening with fidelity
- Attendance: 17% Decrease Chronic Absenteeism

- ELA: Lack of proficiency with teachers using reading routines with fidelity
- Math: Internalization continues to be a challenge with our teachers
