Workshop Facilitator: Cyndi McMullen, WSSDA Representative
The Board of Directors participated in a board self-assessment review workshop facilitated by a representative from the Washington State School Directors’ Association (WSSDA). The Board completed a self-assessment survey earlier this spring, and during the workshop, directors reviewed and discussed the survey results with the facilitator. The session provided an opportunity for the Board to reflect on areas of strength, identify opportunities for continued growth, and consider ways to strengthen board practices and effectiveness moving forward.
