Call the Meeting to Order
J. Van Arsdale called a meeting of the Finance & Compliance Committee of Empower College Prep to order on Tuesday Jan 17, 2017 at 4:04 PM.

Approve Minutes
Approval of minutes was tabled because minutes were not attached to the committee packet for review.
II. Finance & Compliance
A.
Confirm FY16 audited financials to LISC
Audit is on track for March deadline.
B.
Confirm FY16 audited financials deadline for ADE
ADE deadline for Audit is still March and Audit completion is on track for submission by deadline.
C.
Approve monthly/quarterly financials (due to LISC 1/30)
D.
Proposed staffing and related costs
B.Holman presented an initial proposal for a staffing structure for the 2017-18 school year.
