Discussed Section 2.3 about responsibilities vs. duties vs. obligations. Think saying Obligations would be clearer. Separated individual responsibilities from collective board responsibilities per DESE's suggestion.
Added language to 2.3 from the ByLaws checklist as requested by DESE.
