Governance Committee
Discussion was led by Shino Pichette regarding the election of officers. The Governance Committee decided to hold an open election as opposed to proposing a slate of officers. Shino asked for any new nominations for any officer position, then proceeded with an opportunity for discussion with the candidates for the only contested position - President.
David and Mindi both shared their views on their reasons for running, their thoughts about the current status of the board, and their goals/expectations for the coming year if they were to be elected.
