Call the Meeting to Order
Mindi Winter called a meeting of the Executive Search Committee Committee of Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public School to order on Wednesday Mar 30, 2022 at 4:56 PM.
II. Executive Session
A.
Executive Session: To consider or interview applicants for employment or appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants; provided, however, that this clause shall not apply to any meeting, including meetings of a preliminary screening committee, to consider and interview applicants who have passed a prior preliminary screening;
Mindi Winter made a motion to To enter Executive Session to consider or interview applicants for employment or appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the

Mindi also invited Marcy Conner to join the Executive Session.
David Potter seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
