Call the Meeting to Order
Marcy Conner called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public School to order on Tuesday Jun 4, 2019 at 8:35 AM.

Approve Minutes
Deborah Jacobson made a motion to approve minutes from the Finance Committee on 05-07-19 Finance Committee on 05-07-19.
Keith Black seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
Andrea Nathanson left.
II. Executive Session
A.
Union Negotiationg Committee
Deborah Jacobson made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to Chapter
30A, section 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining
with respect to Units A and B if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect
on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body, and the chair so
declares.
Marc Kenen and Marcy Conner were invited to stay.
Bob Hann seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
