There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:25 PM.

On advice of legal counsel, interviews of prospective board members will occur in public at next Governance Committee meeting which will be in person only. During the meeting Governance Committee members will interview all candidates on the same day using the same list of questions. We will then deliberate and vote on candidates to be presented on a slate at the next board meeting for board approval before presenting to DESE for commissioner approval. This is the same protocol as last year.
