Committee discussed establishing written policies to reduce time and eliminate need to vote for repeatable issues such as voting to empower president and vice president to meet with counsel to formulate a response to Open Meeting Law complaints.

Committee discussed social and community involvement. Azizah noted she and Latrina reviewed and updated the application which is back online and open for submissions. Azizah discussed process and timeline for new applicants to the board.
