EJ Lafleur made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 03-25-25.

Committee discussed possible options to record minutes since we do not currently have a Clerk on the board. Committee will propose to full board rotating the responsibility among board members.

Committee discussed recruiting strategies - focusing on skillsets needed such as education and finance background, and spaces where we can encourage others to consider applying to join the board including PVPA community at productions and professional communities of existing board members.
