Neil Hede made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 05-06-25.
Sasha Viands seconded the motion.

PVPA FY26 Budget - Presentation
Mindi Winter made a motion to Recommends that the Board of Trustees approves the FY26 budget as presented.
Neil Hede seconded the motion.
The PVPA FY26 Budget - Presentation was reviewed by the the committee. The only item not previously settled was the increased rate on the health insurance. After several negotiation sessions, BCBS would not come down lower than the 29.9% increase reflected in the budget.
