     - Draft a Trustee Agreement for all trustees to review and sign

     - Draft a set of shared norms / expectations / culture for full board

     - Bring mini OML and Roberts Rules trainings for the full board

     - Share guidelines / materials for onboarding new members so everyone is aware of the process

     - Set up recruitment materials for non-parent community recruitment

     - Approve a full slate of trustees for the entire year.
