Approve the Minutes from the June 12th Meeting, they are attached.  The Annual Retreat Minutes are attached for Reference, but since that is not a Quorum meeting at which we do not take votes the Minutes are not subject to Approval.

The September Meeting did not reach Quorum, we did have discussion and information presented, however it was not an actual meeting of the Board of Trustees.

Using the CEO Evaluation Tool in Board on Track we have started the Evaluation process with Marc, Donovan and Melinda will provide an update and more information on the next steps and how people will be involved.  

An important thing to keep in mind during this process is that the intent is to involve the entire community, but this is not a typical PVPA process where everyone is contacted at the same time, this process is designed to go out to the different constituencies in turn.

Also keep in mind we are all new at this process and using at as a test to see if we like it and want to continue using it in the future.
